Torre Titanium, Corporate skyscraper in Puerta de Hierro, Mexico
Torre Titanium is a residential condominium tower at Avenida Empresarios #236, Boulevard Puerta de Hierro, in Zapopan. It rises 115 meters with 28 floors: 26 apartment levels, a mezzanine and ground floor. Its form consists of three semi-triangular volumes joined by an inserted cylinder, built with steel, reinforced concrete and glass.
Its completion in 2008 marked the start of vertical development in Puerta de Hierro. The project was a turning point for business district growth in this part of Zapopan.
The building represents contemporary design principles rooted in modern Mexican architecture. Its facade reflects the style typical of this area in Zapopan.
The building has modern elevator systems and underground parking for visitors and tenants. Access is straightforward from the main entrance and well marked.
The tower's three semi-triangular volumes are joined by an inserted cylinder, a layout meant to widen views from each apartment. Its 69 units range from a 730 m² penthouse to apartments under 200 m², and each home has three parking spaces, with the penthouse allotted six.
