Samuel Goldwyn Estate, Georgian estate in Beverly Hills, United States.

The Samuel Goldwyn Estate is a Georgian-style mansion in Beverly Hills that spans two stories with seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms throughout. The residence includes various entertainment spaces, including a library that serves as a screening room.

The estate was completed in 1934 as a private residence commissioned by film producer Samuel Goldwyn. Architects Douglas Honnold and George Vernon Russell designed the mansion following Georgian architectural principles.

The estate functioned as a gathering place for major Hollywood figures during cinema's golden era, hosting social events and creative meetings. The rooms and grounds still reflect that period of intense artistic exchange.

The grounds feature a swimming pool with a cabana, tennis courts, and a separate guest apartment above the garage. Plan for adequate time to explore the extensive grounds and various outdoor entertainment areas.

Singer Taylor Swift used portions of the property in 2020 as a private recording studio. She recorded sections of her albums Folklore and Evermore within this space.
