Meridian Bank Tower

Meridian Bank Tower is an office building in downtown Phoenix with 20 stories and a distinctive facade composed of vertical precast concrete elements that run along its exterior. The structure contains approximately 26,700 square meters (287,269 square feet) of office space distributed across its floors.

The building opened in 1960 and became the city's tallest structure, replacing a previous record holder from decades earlier. This completion reflected Phoenix's rapid growth and modernization in the postwar period.
