Goliath, Steel roller coaster at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio, United States.
Goliath is an inverted steel roller coaster at Six Flags Fiesta Texas featuring five inversions along its roughly half-mile-long track. The ride climbs to heights of around 105 feet (32 m) and reaches speeds of 50 miles per hour (80 km/h) through its interlocking loops and twists.
The ride was originally built in 1995 as Gambit at a park in Japan. It relocated to New Orleans in 2003 and moved to its current Texas location in 2008.
The coaster comes from Bolliger & Mabillard, a Swiss manufacturer known for technically demanding rides. Visitors can observe how such construction works and what modern engineering can achieve.
Riders must be at least 54 inches (137 cm) tall to experience this coaster. The entrance is located in the rear section of the park, and afternoon hours typically bring longer wait times.
In September 2024, the coaster received a new rust-brown color scheme while keeping its yellow support structure. This color combination makes the structure stand out from a distance when you approach the park.
