City Performance Hall, Performance hall in Dallas Arts District, United States
City Performance Hall is a theater in the Dallas Arts District with a main 750-seat auditorium equipped with modern acoustics and stage technology. The space accommodates various types of performing arts from large productions to intimate shows.
The hall was created following extensive consultations with roughly 70 Dallas arts organizations that shared their needs for cultural spaces. This collaborative planning process shaped the building's design and capabilities.
The venue hosts emerging and mid-sized arts organizations presenting dance, concerts, and theater to local audiences. You will find diverse programming that ranges from experimental work to more traditional performances.
The hall features underground parking directly beneath the building, accessed from Jack Evans Street for visitor convenience. You can easily drive and park without searching for street-side spots.
The front lobby transforms into an additional performance space for roughly 200 people, making room for smaller cultural events. This flexibility allows the building to host different types of gatherings at the same time.
