Casa del Pueblo, Political party headquarters in Breña district, Lima, Peru

Casa del Pueblo is the headquarters of a political party located in Breña district, occupying a two-story building at Alfonso Ugarte Avenue 1012 with multiple administrative offices and meeting halls. The structure houses various spaces including a large assembly hall used for gatherings and educational activities.

The party moved its Lima headquarters to an old mansion on Alfonso Ugarte Avenue in 1948, after a fundraising drive promoted by Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre. Haya de la Torre lay in state in the building in 1979 before burial in Trujillo. In 1992, during Alberto Fujimori's government, it was taken over by the military; the funeral of former president Alan García was held here from 17 to 19 April 2019.

The building functions as a gathering place where party members and residents meet for assemblies, discussions, and educational programs throughout the year. It reflects the deep connection between the organization and its supporters in this district.

The Jefatura, where Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre received the public, is on the first floor of the main building, while the party presidency and general secretariat offices are on the second. The Aula Magna and the classrooms of the Escuela Nacional de Oratoria and the Academia Preuniversitaria Antenor Orrego are near the courtyard. The building is on Alfonso Ugarte Avenue, known as the Avenida de los Pañuelos Blancos.

The Aula Magna bears the inscription "Sólo Dios salvará mi alma y sólo el aprismo salvará al Perú". The avenue outside is popularly called Avenida de los Pañuelos Blancos, after the aprista ritual of greeting leaders with white handkerchiefs, a sign of loyalty and fraternity.
