The building became the official headquarters of the American Popular Revolutionary Alliance party in 1948 after an extensive fundraising campaign led by Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre.
The building contains the National School of Oratory and hosts regular community gatherings, political meetings, and educational programs for local residents.
Visitors can access the building's first floor to learn about the APRA party's history through various displays and documentation in the main hall.
The structure includes an Aula Magna with an inscription stating 'Only God will save my soul and only APRA will save Peru' in Spanish.
