Midlands Province

Midlands Province has Gweru as its capital, the third-largest urban center in Zimbabwe, positioned on the highveld between Harare and Bulawayo. The city functions as a major transportation hub with extensive road and rail networks.

The region contains a substantial portion of the Great Dyke, a geological formation that stretches over 280 kilometers and is rich in gold and minerals. This natural feature has shaped both the landscape and the region's economy for generations.
