The Miami Design District is a neighborhood in Miami, Florida, roughly bounded by North 36th Street, North 43rd Street, West First Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard. It holds over 130 art galleries, showrooms, creative services, architecture firms, luxury fashion stores, antiques dealers, eateries and bars, including the Moore Building, a 1920s furniture store built by T.V. Moore.

The neighborhood developed from farmland in the 1920s when a businessman built a structure that later became a hub for furniture retail. These foundations laid the way for its status today as a center for design and art.

The neighborhood houses international fashion boutiques and contemporary art galleries that draw visitors daily. The architecture reflects this creative focus, with modern buildings standing alongside historic structures.

The district is bounded by North 36th Street to the south, North 43rd Street to the north, West First Avenue to the west and Biscayne Boulevard to the east, with Wynwood to the south and Buena Vista to the north. Streets and sidewalks were redone and new trees planted during the 2000s, so the blocks are walkable.
