Whistler Olympic Park

Whistler Olympic Park is a winter sports facility in Callaghan Valley featuring multiple cross-country skiing trails, biathlon shooting ranges, and a ski jumping hill spread across the Madeley Creek basin. The complex is designed to accommodate both recreational users and competitive athletes on dedicated courses.

The site hosted the Nordic sports competitions during the 2010 Winter Olympics, where biathlon, cross-country skiing, and ski jumping events took place. Following the Games, the venue transitioned to serve recreational athletes and the public.

The venue draws both local enthusiasts and visiting skiers who come together to practice Nordic sports against a backdrop of mountain scenery that reflects Canada's winter heritage.

The Day Lodge at the facility offers equipment rentals, instruction services, and food options for visitors during the winter season. The site is accessible for both beginners and experienced skiers with clearly marked trails and designated practice areas.

Visitors can try biathlon, which combines cross-country skiing with target shooting, using the same professional ranges that were built for the Olympic competition. This gives ordinary skiers a chance to train on Olympic-quality facilities.
