Nairn Falls Provincial Park, Provincial park near Pemberton, Canada.
Nairn Falls Provincial Park is a nature reserve that spreads along the Green River surrounded by hemlock, redcedar, and Douglas fir forest. The main attraction is a tiered waterfall system flowing through a narrow canyon before reaching the Lillooet River downstream.
The site gained official protection in 1966 following the completion of Highway 99 through the region. This designation helped preserve the natural waterfall system for future generations.
The Lil'wat Nation has long connections to this land and the waterfall holds spiritual meaning for them. Local people and visitors come here to experience the natural power of the water.
The park offers roughly 94 vehicle-accessible camping sites open from May through October. Advance reservations are helpful during busy periods to secure your spot.
The waterfall drops about 39 meters through a series of distinct tiers rather than as a single drop. This layered formation creates different views depending on where you stand along the river path.
