Residence Oasis is a private residential estate in Tseung Kwan O comprising six tower buildings with around 2,000 units in various sizes. The homes range from compact apartments to larger layouts, spread across different floors and blocks throughout the complex.
The project was developed through collaboration between MTR Corporation, Sino Land, and Kerry Properties, with residents moving in starting in 2004. This development was part of the residential expansion in the Tseung Kwan O area during the early 2000s.
The residential community maintains a population of 5,870 people, with 92.6 percent of Chinese ethnicity and an average household size of three members.
The estate is located near Hang Hau MTR station, making it easy to reach by public transportation. Inside you will find an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a tennis court, and a shopping area with shops for daily needs.
