Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Suspension bridge over Yangtze River in Wuhan, China.

The Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge extends 2,100 meters across the water with two consecutive spans measuring 850 meters each, forming a vital transportation link.

The construction of this modern bridge began in 2011 with an investment of 3.08 billion yuan, leading to its completion and inauguration on December 28, 2014.

The bridge derives its name from Yingwuzhou, meaning Parrot Island, a location mentioned in ancient Tang dynasty poetry and literature from the region.
