Snezhanka Tower

Snezhanka Tower is a television and telecommunications structure that rises 156 meters from Snezhanka Peak. The concrete tower was built at this location roughly 1926 meters above sea level and contains an observation platform for visitors.

The tower was built as a key telecommunications project to improve broadcasting coverage across the Rhodope region of Bulgaria. Its construction came from the need to transmit signals across the mountainous landscape.
