N'zi-Comoé

The N'zi-Comoé region covered 19,560 square kilometers of land and contained five departments, with Dimbokro serving as its administrative center.

The region operated as a first-level subdivision from 1997 until 2011, when it was reorganized into smaller administrative units within the Lacs District.

Multiple departments within N'zi-Comoé maintained their own administrative structures while sharing resources and governmental services through the central authority in Dimbokro.

The region reached an elevation of 164 meters above sea level and contained eight administrative departments including Arrah, Bocanda, Bongouanou, and Dimbokro.

In 2002, the region supported a population of 909,800 residents, resulting in a population density of 46.51 inhabitants per square kilometer.
