The Harbourside

The Harbourside is a major residential complex in Kowloon comprising three linked towers housing over 1,000 apartments across multiple floors. The towers contain a mix of unit sizes to accommodate different household types and requirements.

Construction began in 2001 as the fourth phase of a larger Kowloon Station development project and was completed in 2003. The site was strategically chosen for its proximity to transportation infrastructure.

The residential complex incorporates elements of modern Chinese architecture with its joined tower design and emphasis on harbor views.

The complex is well-connected to public transportation networks and easily accessible for visitors. Bear in mind this is primarily a residential area where residents' privacy should be respected at all times.

The three towers feature engineered gaps between them that function as wind channels, allowing the structure to better withstand powerful coastal storms. This design solution addresses the environmental challenges of the waterfront location.
