The Harbourside is a residential complex of three linked towers grouped into one mass above a two-storey club and a five-storey parking podium, with 67 residential floors. Its facade combines pearl-white aluminium panels, blue-green tinted glass and white mullions, and four large openings cut through the volume as sky gardens that also reduce wind load. It stands at 1 Austin Road West, West Kowloon.

The Harbourside was built as the fourth phase of Union Square, the complex raised over Kowloon Station on land reclaimed from Victoria Harbour in West Kowloon. Hang Lung Properties won the development tender in April 1999, construction ran from 2000 to 2003, and residents moved in from July 2003. Hang Lung and MTR Corporation later sold their holdings separately from 2009, and the last duplex unit went under the hammer in March 2017.

The name 君臨天下 ("The Harbourside") was chosen for the residential project above Kowloon Station. The club floors between the podium and the flats hold a computer room, a digital cinema, piano rooms, a cigar room and a Finnish sauna, and all lifts are supplied by Hitachi.

The Harbourside stands at 1 Austin Road West, above Kowloon Station on the MTR, and is linked to the station by underground walkways. The podium holds 864 parking spaces. The towers rise from a five-storey parking podium topped by a two-storey club floor, so the flats begin well above street level.

The three towers feature engineered gaps between them that function as wind channels, allowing the structure to better withstand powerful coastal storms. This design solution addresses the environmental challenges of the waterfront location.
