The stadium structure incorporates Mongolian architectural elements, with blue, yellow, and white color schemes reflecting traditional Inner Mongolian design preferences.
The facility includes a standard 105x68-meter football field, an eight-lane 400-meter track, facilities for field events, and parking spaces for 540 vehicles.
The stadium serves as home ground for Inner Mongolia Zhongyou Football Club and hosted a notable international friendly match between China and Botswana in 2009.
