The Longemont Shanghai is a mixed-use skyscraper with 53 floors above ground and 3 basement levels located in Changning District. The building houses hotel rooms and office spaces for business use, functioning as both a hospitality and corporate hub.

Construction began in 2002 and the building opened in 2005, during a period when Shanghai was transforming its skyline rapidly. This tower represented the city's growth into a major global business center.

The building design by Arquitectonica combines international architectural elements with Shanghai's contemporary urban planning principles.

Access is available for hotel guests and office visitors through the main entrance in the Changning District area. Parking facilities and proximity to public transportation make it convenient to reach the building.
