Huguo Falun Temple

The temple complex contains several buildings including the Mahavira Hall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and a prominent white stupa in Shenyang.

Founded in 1643, just before the Qing Dynasty gained control of China, the temple represents an important period of Buddhist expansion.

The temple follows the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism and maintains regular ceremonies performed by resident monks throughout the year.
