Yangzhou Museum, Cultural museum in Hanjiang District, China.
The museum building spans 50,000 square meters and contains seven exhibition halls displaying artifacts from the Neolithic Age through the Qing Dynasty.
Founded in 2005, the museum moved from its previous location in the 1500-year-old Tianning Temple to accommodate an expanding collection of regional artifacts.
The museum features galleries dedicated to ancient Chinese sculptures, jade carvings, calligraphy, and the artistic works of the Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou.
Located at 468 West Wenchang Road, the museum operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and requires advance online booking despite free admission.
The facility shares its entrance with the China Block Printing Museum, forming the Yangzhou Dual Museum complex that presents both traditional and modern exhibitions.
