Grabstätte der Familie Wang am Xiangshan-Berg

The Wang family tomb includes stone epitaphs and multiple burial chambers constructed according to traditional Chinese architectural principles at the northern outskirts of Nanjing.

The burial site dates back to 340 CE when Wang Xingzhi, a military official during the Eastern Jin Dynasty and cousin of calligrapher Wang Xizhi, was interred.

The tomb features calligraphic inscriptions that demonstrate the advanced writing techniques and mortuary customs of the Eastern Jin period in Chinese history.

The archaeological site, located at coordinates 32.1033° N, 118.7584° E, received national protection status in 2006 as part of China's cultural heritage monuments.

The burial complex contains the remains of both Wang Xingzhi and his wife Song Hezhi, who was interred eight years after her husband in 348 CE.
