Rikaze Diqu

Rikaze Diqu is a former administrative region in the mountainous landscapes of western Tibet, extending across numerous valleys and peaks. The area covers various elevation zones and lies near major mountain ranges of the region.

The area was administratively reorganized in 1970 and established as an official district within the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. This restructuring shaped the modern administrative boundaries that define the territory today.
