The Greenland Shandong International Financial Center features mixed-use spaces including hotel facilities, office areas, and residential units across its 428-meter structure.
Construction of this financial center started in April 2018, and by March 2021, it had reached 339 meters, exceeding the height of Jinan Center Financial City.
The center represents modern Chinese financial architecture, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP to enhance the business capabilities of Jinan city.
The building incorporates vertical transportation systems and advanced maintenance facilities, making it accessible for thousands of daily visitors and occupants.
Upon completion in 2024, this structure will stand as the highest building in Shandong Province, transforming the skyline of Jinan's Central Business District.
