Greenland Shandong International Financial Center

The Greenland Shandong International Financial Center is a mixed-use tower in Jinan containing offices, hotel facilities, and residential apartments within its 428-meter structure. The building integrates multiple functions into a single vertical complex.

Construction began in 2018, and by 2021 the structure had reached 339 meters, becoming the tallest building in Jinan at that time. Its completion in 2024 marked a milestone for the city's business district.

The center embodies contemporary Chinese financial architecture in Jinan's business district. Its design by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill reflects the city's ambitions for modern urban development.

The building features modern elevator systems and is designed to accommodate thousands of daily visitors and residents throughout the complex. Accessibility and infrastructure support seamless operations.

The tower surpasses all other structures in Shandong Province in height, reshaping how the city appears from across the region. This prominence makes it a natural landmark for navigation and orientation.
