Opening with Walt Disney Studios Park in 2002, the attraction brought the 1998 Touchstone film Armageddon to life until its closure in 2019.
The experience combines cinema production techniques with space exploration themes through large-scale special effects demonstrations and actor participation.
The complete experience spans 22 minutes and accommodates 170 visitors per show, with no physical restrictions for participation.
During the main sequence, guests feel intense heat from flames while meteorites crash into the space station through multiple viewing windows.
