Description
Parrossaz is a summit in the Aravis Range located between La Clusaz and La Giettaz in the French Prealps. At 2556 meters, it features sedimentary rock formations that shape the distinctive landscape of this alpine region.

Local shepherds continue their traditional summer grazing practices on the slopes of Parrossaz, maintaining centuries-old alpine farming methods.
Practical
Several marked trails lead to the summit and require appropriate equipment plus good physical fitness for the climb. The best hiking season is June through September when snow does not block the paths.
