Three Sixty West Complex, Building complex in Worli, India
Three Sixty West is a twin-tower complex reaching 361 meters in Mumbai's Worli district. One tower holds apartments while the other contains hotel rooms and offices, connected by a shared podium with dining and services.
Construction started in 2011 and finished in 2022 after more than a decade of building. The completion represented a major milestone in Mumbai's modern skyline development.
The complex brings residential living and hotel hospitality together in one structure. Daily life here mixes private residents with hotel guests sharing restaurants and event spaces.
The complex is located in central Mumbai with good public transport access nearby. Visitors can easily reach the podium level where restaurants and facilities are accessible to the public.
The design maximizes sea views toward the Arabian Sea and uses four underground levels for parking and storage. This hidden infrastructure below ground creates more open space above.
