Trade Tower

Trade Tower stands 228 meters tall across 55 floors as part of the Seoul World Trade Center complex in Samseong-dong. The structure houses office spaces, retail shops, and a restaurant on the 52nd floor overlooking Seoul's urban landscape.

The tower opened in 1988 during a period of rapid economic expansion in South Korea's financial sector. Nikken Sekkei designed this commercial structure at a moment when Seoul was transforming its urban landscape.

The building shapes how visitors and locals see modern Seoul, appearing regularly in films and photographs of the city's skyline. It has become a visual marker of Gangnam's transformation into a global business center.

Access is available during business hours, with public areas and the restaurant generally easy to reach. Keep in mind that office spaces have limited visitor access, and upper floors are primarily reserved for business activities.

The building features two mirror-image four-level towers that merge together, creating a distinctive structural form. This unusual design makes it stand out noticeably among other skyscrapers in the Gangnam business district.
