Trade Tower, High-rise building in Gangnam District, South Korea
The Trade Tower extends 228 meters into the sky with 55 floors, forming a notable part of the Seoul World Trade Center complex in Samseong-dong.
Nikken Sekkei designed this commercial structure which opened in 1988, marking a period of substantial economic development in South Korea's financial sector.
The building represents the modern transformation of Seoul's Gangnam District, frequently appearing in media productions and photography of the city skyline.
The tower contains multiple office spaces, retail establishments, and includes a restaurant on the 52nd floor with views across Seoul's urban landscape.
Two mirror-image quadro-level towers merge to create the structural design, making it different from other skyscrapers in the Gangnam business district.
