El Tenayo, Natural landmark in Sierra de Guadalupe, Mexico City, Mexico.

El Tenayo rises within Mexico City limits, featuring a large white letter 'B' near its summit and offering views of the metropolitan landscape.

During pre-Hispanic times, the Mexica people extracted andesite from the hill to create sculptures and everyday objects for their civilization.

The site hosts two major annual religious celebrations centered around the Church of Carmen and the Church of Cristo Rey for the local community.

Multiple public transportation routes connect El Tenayo to Mexico City destinations, including connections to Chalma, San Lucas Patoni, and Metro Rosario stations.

Since 1979, the local community performs an amateur theatrical production called 'El Martir del Golgota' during Holy Week on the hillside.
