Wonderland Eurasia, Theme park in Ankara, Turkey
Wonderland Eurasia was a theme park in Ankara with more than 2,000 attractions spread across twelve themed areas. The facility included 17 roller coasters along with numerous other rides and entertainment options spread throughout the grounds.
Construction of the park began in 2013 on the grounds of Atatürk Forest and Zoo. The project operated briefly from 2019 to 2020 before closing.
The park displayed recreational concepts from Europe and Asia, which visitors could see in how the different themed areas were designed and laid out.
Visitors needed to plan for considerable time to explore the various areas, as the grounds were very large. The attractions were spread throughout the entire space, so comfortable footwear was advisable.
During its brief operation, the park temporarily held one of the highest numbers of roller coasters in the world. This concentration of rides made it particularly notable for enthusiasts during that short period.
