Big Fury

Big Fury is a steel roller coaster at Six Flags Great Adventure that takes riders through steep descents, multiple inversions, and fast-paced sections. The track winds across the park grounds with sharp turns and sections that expose passengers to strong gravitational forces.

The coaster was added as part of the park's development after Six Flags took over operations in 1977. Over time, the collection of rides grew and made the location a major leisure destination.

This addition to Six Flags Great Adventure represents the evolution of American entertainment parks from simple fairgrounds to advanced technical achievements in engineering.

Access to the ride is through the park's main entrance, with a minimum height of about 54 inches (137 cm) required to ride. Visitors should wear loose clothing and secure belongings before boarding.
