Six Flags Great Adventure

The 510-acre complex combines theme park attractions with a safari experience where visitors observe wildlife from their vehicles.

Warner LeRoy established Great Adventure in 1974, and Six Flags acquired the property in 1977, expanding it with additional attractions.

The park features distinct themed sections that represent different geographical regions and time periods through architecture and entertainment.

Visitors can choose between single-day passes and season passes, with both options providing access to more than 60 rides and animal exhibits.

Kingda Ka, the park's signature roller coaster, reaches a height of 456 feet and accelerates from zero to 128 miles per hour in 3.5 seconds.
