Oceans of Fun

The 60-acre water park contains 18 water slides, a million-gallon wave pool, and multiple attractions for families and thrill-seekers.

The water park opened its doors on May 31, 1982, as an extension of the Worlds of Fun amusement park complex in Kansas City.

The park represents a regional summer entertainment destination where families from across the Midwest gather for water-based recreation activities.

Admission tickets cost 65 dollars per person in 2023, with free entry for children under 2 years old and operating season from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Predator's Plunge features an Aqua-Launch chamber that drops the floor beneath riders before sending them through S-curves and loops from a 65-foot tower.
