City Gate Towers

City Gate Towers comprises two identical 18-story buildings at 72 meters tall, positioned at Presei Libere Square and designed as a unified office complex. Each structure shares the same floor plan layout, creating consistent workspace configurations throughout both towers.

Construction started in 2007 and the complex opened in 2009, introducing a new generation of office buildings to Bucharest's expanding business sector. This development reflected growing investment in modern workspace infrastructure during the city's economic transition period.

The towers shape how Bucharest's business district looks today, standing alongside other modern office buildings in an area that has transformed from residential neighborhoods into a commercial hub.

The complex features three underground parking levels with space for around 1,000 vehicles, connected directly to public transit lines and airport routes. Visitors can reach the site easily by metro or bus without difficulty.

Each tower incorporates specialized energy management and environmental control systems that earned the complex LEED Gold certification for sustainability. These features demonstrate the building's focus on reducing its operational footprint compared to typical office structures.
