Huesca Province

Located in northeastern Spain, Huesca Province spans 15,636 square kilometers with the Pyrenees mountains in the north and fertile plains in the south.

The province contains numerous medieval structures, including the Church of San Pedro el Viejo from 1134 and the Huesca Cathedral completed in 1515.

The River Vero Cultural Park displays an outdoor collection of sixty prehistoric shelters, representing the earliest human settlements in the region.

The province maintains strong agricultural activities, producing barley, rice, corn, alfalfa, peaches, and pears, while supporting extensive livestock farming operations.

The Monegros area features desert landscapes alongside ancient monasteries and contains the Orwell Route displaying Spanish Civil War trenches.
