The temple compound includes ceremonial areas, exhibition spaces, and detailed architectural elements that demonstrate traditional Chinese construction methods.

Two cast iron flagpoles stand at the temple entrance, while the calligraphy above reads 'Medicine Deity Temple' written by Qing Dynasty scholar Liu Yong.
