Enz district

The Enz district is an administrative division in southwestern Germany that brings together 28 municipalities across varied landscapes. The area includes parts of the Black Forest, the agricultural Kraichgau region, and other distinct territories connected by the Enz River.

The district was created in 1973 when the former Pforzheim district merged with parts of neighboring administrative areas. This reorganization united different historical regions under one administrative umbrella.
