JRA Racing Museum

The JRA Racing Museum contains exhibition halls featuring thoroughbred horses, racing memorabilia, and multimedia displays across multiple dedicated spaces within the Tokyo Racecourse complex.

The museum opened its doors on October 26, 1991, as part of the Japan Racing Association's 30th anniversary project, with a Memorial Hall dedicated to Hall of Fame horses.

The facility maintains extensive records of Japanese horse racing evolution, displaying artifacts and information about significant horses, jockeys, and trainers through permanent exhibitions.

Located within walking distance of Higashi-fuchu Station and Fuchu Keiba Seimon Mae Station, the museum operates from 10:00 to 17:00 with free admission except on race days.

Visitors can experience horse racing through a 4-D theater presentation and test their skills on the Narikiri Jockey virtual racing simulator.
