King Le Thai To Monument

The King Le Thai To Monument is a large bronze sculpture in Hanoi, Vietnam, standing in the center of a public park. The statue reaches a height of about 10 meters and rests on a massive stone pedestal inscribed with text and decorative details.

The monument commemorates Le Loi, who defeated invading forces in the 15th century and took the name Le Thai To as king. After his victory, he moved the capital to this location and laid the foundation for Hanoi's growth as a major city.
