Kanto lampo, Waterfall in Beng village, Gianyar, Indonesia

The water flows down a stair-like rock formation, creating multiple levels of cascades that extend over fifteen meters in height.

The waterfall emerged after an avalanche altered the irrigation channel that supplied water to the surrounding agricultural fields of Gianyar.

Local residents consider the waterfall area sacred, using the site for traditional Balinese ceremonies including Dewa Yadnya and Pitra Yadnya rituals.

Visitors can access the waterfall daily from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with an entrance fee of 25,000 Indonesian Rupiah per person.

The formation contains a cave across the river that Indonesian locals used during the colonial period for strategic purposes.
