At The Top, Burj Khalifa
At The Top, Burj Khalifa is an observation platform spanning the 124th and 125th floors of the world's tallest building in Dubai. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor balcony where visitors can see across the entire city, coast, and desert beyond.
The platform opened to the public in 2010 and initially held the record for the world's highest observation deck. After other cities built taller platforms, a premium level opened on the 148th floor in 2014, allowing the building to reclaim the title.
The name simply reflects its function as an observation platform at the top of the tower. Visitors use the space to photograph Dubai's skyline and experience the city from above, making it a gathering place for tourists and residents marking memorable moments.
Visit early morning or at sunset when light conditions are ideal and crowds are smaller. Book tickets online in advance to avoid long queues, especially during peak tourist seasons.
The observation decks feature interactive telescopes with augmented reality capabilities that display both current city views and historical aerial photographs taken before the building was completed. On clear days, visitors can spot the Iranian coastline in the distance.
