Times Squared 3015, Future skyscraper concept in Times Square, United States.
Times Squared 3015 is a skyscraper concept for Times Square with more than 321 floors containing residential units, commercial spaces, and recreational facilities. The structure uses a central elevator system that connects different modules and reduces travel time between residential areas, retail zones, and entertainment facilities.
The concept emerged in 2015 from the eVolo Skyscraper Competition as a response to increasing urbanization and population density challenges. The design represents an architectural approach to creating vertical living spaces in congested urban areas.
The structure includes dedicated spaces for artist studios and exhibitions, integrating creative expression within its vertical urban environment.
This concept project is a design vision and not accessible as a physical structure. Information about the project is available through architectural resources and online documentation of the eVolo Competition.
The project features surprising natural elements such as artificial beaches, mountain landscapes, and coastal forests distributed across multiple levels. These inner-city ecosystems aim to provide residents with access to natural environments without leaving the vertical structure.
