Skyline Hotel and Casino is a locals casino and hotel at 1741 North Boulder Highway in Henderson, Nevada, on a 0.89-acre site. The casino opened in 1964 as a 4,000 sq ft building with a 24-hour restaurant seating 96 and a banquet room for 50. A 51-room hotel structure opened in June 2017.

The property began as the Dixie Bar in Pittman, operating by 1948. Rolly and Ella Cook bought it in 1952 and opened Cook's Books inside in October 1956, lending books to customers. John Ligouri built the 4,000 sq ft Skyline Casino & Restaurant, which opened on October 1, 1964, then closed in 1965. After briefly running as the Wheel Casino in the early 1970s, Ligouri reopened it as the Skyline on October 1, 1974.

The Dixie Bar housed Cook's Books from October 1956, a lending shelf of the owners' own volumes that grew to nearly 400 books by February 1957 through customer donations. A small borrowing fee was charged and the money bought playground equipment for local children. A couple married between the slot machine rows in September 1979.

The Skyline sits at 1741 North Boulder Highway in Henderson, on a 0.89-acre lot, with the hotel structure added in June 2017. The casino floor and its restaurant occupy a one-story building expanded in 1979, when a bar, office and video arcade were added. The adjacent Sky Motel was bought in 1979 and later gained rooms.

The casino opened on October 1, 1964, with a three-day gala starting at 6:00 a.m. Its original floor held one crap table, two poker tables, three blackjack tables, 30 slot machines and two pinball machines, in a 4,000 sq ft building.
