Ghazi Stadium

Ghazi Stadium is a sports facility in southeast Kabul with an artificial turf pitch and concrete stands arranged in an oval layout. The venue holds roughly 25,000 spectators and hosts various sporting events throughout the year.

The stadium was built in 1923 on orders from King Amanullah Khan following Afghanistan's independence from British rule through a treaty agreement. Its construction marked a moment of renewed national pride in the aftermath of conflict.
