Estadio Mansiche is a multi-purpose stadium in Trujillo with concrete stands surrounding a natural grass playing surface and an athletics track for running events and football matches. The facility sits as part of a larger sports complex that groups several venues together.

Estuardo Meléndez Macchiavello urged President Manuel Prado y Ugarteche to build a stadium in Trujillo; construction ran from 13 May 1944 to July 1946. It opened as Estadio Modelo de Trujillo on 12 October 1946 under President José Luis Bustamante y Rivero, with Deportivo Trujillo playing Sport Tigre. The north stand was added in 1984 for Sporting Cristal's Copa Libertadores matches, and the 2004 Copa América brought a rebuild of three stands.

Local football clubs Universidad César Vallejo and Carlos A. Mannucci play their home matches here regularly. The stadium remains central to how residents experience sport and community pride in the city.

The stadium sits within a larger sports complex, located less than a kilometer from Trujillo's central area. Visitors will find it easy to reach from the city center using public transportation or a short walk.

The record attendance of about 23,000 came at a friendly between Peru and Paraguay, won 1-0 by the hosts; the stadium was refurbished for that match as preparation for the Russia 2018 qualifiers. Earlier, in 1982, a full house of 14,000 saw Carlos A. Mannucci beat Alianza Lima 1-0.
