The Edificio Mario Mercado reaches a height of 107.56 meters with 27 floors, making it the third tallest building in Bolivia.
Construction of this substantial urban development project began in September 2011 and reached completion in 2015, with an investment of 12.5 million dollars.
The building functions as the headquarters of Club Bolivar soccer team while incorporating residential spaces, offices, and recreational facilities for the local community.
The structure contains 144 apartments, two office mezzanines, commercial spaces, a supermarket, and 200 parking spots distributed across five levels.
The building features a synthetic soccer field, two racquetball courts, and a garden, providing recreational spaces at high altitude in La Paz.
