The architectural design by James Birrell incorporates modernist elements and structural steel, reflecting influences from Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer's innovative approach.
The facility operates daily from early morning until evening, offering swimming lessons, aqua aerobics classes, competitive training programs, and fitness activities.
The complex contains underwater observation windows that allow coaches to monitor swimmers' techniques from beneath the surface of the pool.
