Rancho Sierra Vista, Nature reserve in Santa Monica Mountains, California, US.
Located in Ventura County, Rancho Sierra Vista extends through grasslands and oak woodlands within the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area.
The National Park Service acquired this land in 1980, following decades of ownership by petroleum geologist Carl Beal and later Richard Danielson.
The Satwiwa Native American Indian Culture Center within the reserve contains over 150 archaeological sites showing evidence of indigenous settlements.
Visitors can access hiking trails, bird watching spots, and educational programs throughout the year, with spring and fall offering moderate temperatures.
The Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail passes through the reserve, connecting it to an important route of early European exploration.
