Quetzaltenango Guatemala Temple

The Quetzaltenango Guatemala Temple features precast concrete panels, a single tower, and rises 80 feet with an area of 21,085 square feet.

The temple opened its doors in December 2011 after Gordon B. Hinckley announced its construction in 2006, marking the second temple in Guatemala.

The temple serves Latter-day Saints across western Guatemala with religious ceremonies, including baptisms, endowments, and marriage sealings in multiple languages.

Located at 9A Calle 4-03, Zona 9, the temple provides baptistry clothing at no cost, while visitors need to bring their own temple garments.

The temple stands at an elevation of 7,958 feet in the Quetzaltenango Valley, incorporating Mexican precast concrete panels in its construction.
