Construction of the Torre Ejecutiva JV II began in 2002 and finished in 2003, establishing itself as the tallest structure in Puebla until 2007.
The tower marks the transformation of Puebla's business district, representing the growth of corporate infrastructure in central Mexico.
Located on Via Atlixcayotl 5208, the building features six high-speed elevators operating at 6.3 meters per second and the B3 lighting control system.
The structure incorporates 30 seismic dampers and 120 concrete-steel piles that extend 50 meters into the ground for stability.
