Construction took place from 2002 to 2003, making it the tallest structure in the area when it opened. The project reflected the expansion of business districts in the region during that period.
The tower marks the transformation of Puebla's business district, representing the growth of corporate infrastructure in central Mexico.
The building is located on Via Atlixcayotl and is equipped with modern elevators for efficient vertical movement. It functions as a commercial office space with standard business access procedures.
The structure incorporates 30 seismic dampers and 120 concrete-steel piles that extend 50 meters into the ground for stability.
