Delta King

The Delta King is a paddle steamer on the Sacramento River in California and remains permanently moored along the waterfront. This 87-meter vessel now functions as a floating hotel and event venue with guest rooms, a restaurant, and spaces for celebrations and theatrical performances.

The paddle steamer was built in 1927 and transported passengers between Sacramento and San Francisco until 1940. After this period, the vessel served in the Navy during World War II before eventually finding its permanent home in Old Sacramento.
