Train Mountain Railroad spans 2,205 acres between Highway 97, Highway 62, and Highway 422, featuring miniature train tracks at 4,200 feet elevation.
The railroad earned recognition in the 2004 Guinness World Records with 13.24 miles of mainline track and 25.237 miles of total miniature railway.
The Train Mountain Triennial event brings together railroad enthusiasts from more than 30 countries for a celebration of miniature trains every three years.
Visitors can take educational rail tours lasting between 40 minutes to 1.5 hours after signing a participant release form at the visitor center.
The property includes a collection of antique railroad equipment, including a 100-ton steam-powered rotary snowplow built by ALCo in 1923.
